Intent to Increase Sewer Rates & Public Hearing - June 1, 2023 at 5:30PM
UPDATE: On June 1, 2023, the Board of Directors passed Ordinance 23-95 implementing new fees and charges.
On April 13, 2023, the Goleta West Sanitary District Board of Directors passed Resolution No. 23-819 as Notice of Intent to Increase Sewer Rates. This Resolution was passed to accept the Rate & Fee Study Report completed by Raftelis Financial Consulting. As a result, a Public Hearing has been scheduled for Thursday, June 1st, 2023 at 5:30PM. A Notice of the Public Hearing has been mailed out to all parcels within the District.
