Employment Opportunity - Operations and Maintenance Superintendent
The District is seeking an experienced and motivated Operations and Maintenance Superintendent to lead and oversee the District’s wastewater collection system operations. Under the general direction of the General Manager, this position is responsible for planning, organizing, and directing maintenance and operational activities for the sanitary sewer collection system, pump stations, facilities, and fleet. The Superintendent plays a key leadership role in regulatory compliance, staff development, emergency preparedness, and long-term infrastructure planning.
Employment in this position is contingent upon final approval by GWSD’s Board of Directors and completion of any applicable labor relations processes. GWSD reserves the right to modify, delay, or cancel this recruitment based on the outcome of those processes.
